Hotel staff was very knowledgeable about local surroundings.

A great hotel, within location of several stores. Great staff had knowledge of local restaurants, even got 10% discount at near by steak house by presenting room key (5 minutes walk from hotel).

Difficult location - far from Boston city & underground, and on busy street you can't cross.

Staying there now on a 2-day trip to Boston. This has everything I'd want, cheap
for two nights including tax, clean, WiFi, internet in the rooms, a small fitness center (bike, treadmills, etc.), and breakfast included (omelets, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc). Even had HBO. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The fire alarm kept on coming on intermittently from 1:20 AM until 2:00 AM. Very annoying for an international traveler.

Was fairly easy to access from I 95.

Front desk staff gave curt responses.

We chose this hotel because we thought it was closer to the airport. It was a difficult drive there. But it did have a shuttle, but we had a rental car to return. Good steakhouse close by, but walking was treacherous with the traffic. ...read more
